Refund & Return Policy
All beverage products (Coffee, Tea, Pods, or Packets) are not eligible for return or exchange. Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange. For product to be returned, refunded and/or replaced you must contact us within the first 5 business days of receiving your package.
Should you need to return a product because you received the wrong product, you will be mailed the correct product along with a return label in the box. Place the wrong items in the box, seal it and attach the return label to the outside. You can then drop the return package at your nearest post office.
A refund may be issued for the following reasons; product shortage, damaged products, incorrect orders. Refunds will be processed through the same payment platform used when the purchase was made (Stripe or PayPal). The refund will be in the amount determined between yourself and Canada Coffee for the reasons discussed. The refund can only be issued to the same card used for the original transaction and may take up to 10 business days to be visible on your account. For product to be returned, refunded and/or replaced you must contact us within the first 5 business days of receiving your package.
In case of a product shortage or discontinued item we will always recommend a replacement product and happily guide you towards something you would enjoy. You will be informed within 3 business days of the order being placed should there be any issues with filling your order. For product shortages you will be given an estimated time on when the product will be available for shipping. If your order consists of a discontinued product and you do not wish to try another product a full refund will be issued. A partial refund can also be made if there is a discontinued product on the order and the remainder of the order is still available for shipping.
